***2013/14 Update***

 Many insurance plans now require CPAP compliance information for your supply order. Some plans also require us to obtain a Prior Authorization before we ship your supplies.  If we need your machine usage hours, we will call you. If we do, please help us by providing the information so we can keep your order on track. Thanks! Some of the plans include:

+  Periodically after 90 days as needed
