National Sleep Therapy works closely with your doctor and sleep lab to help you succeed with your CPAP therapy through our comprehensive support. We give you the education and information you need to stay healthy and on therapy. With our Signature Support Program, you'll get the support you need from trained sleep experts.
We're here to support you every step of the way. On a regular basis we will call you to review your therapy. Our representative will take as much time as needed to answer all your questions or concerns. These periodic calls are also important because some insurance companies require progress checks in order to continue coverage.
We'll call you on:
- Day 3
- Day 30
- Day 60
- Day 90, and every three months as part of our Healthy Advantage Supply Program
Our Healthy Advantage Supply Program makes it easy and affordable for you to receive clean and effective therapy. We monitor your usage and ship the parts you need according to the recommended schedule and by what your insurance covers. This program is not only convenient, it's critical to your health.
If you ever have machine or equipment issues, call us first. We can usually troubleshoot any equipment issues immediately, or get you a replacement fast!
